Dressed as a man and using the name Robert Shurtleff, Deborah Sampson, the first woman to draw a soldier's pension, joined the Continental Army in 1782 at the age of 22, was injured three times, and was discharged in 1783 because she had become too ill to serve.
在这个题中间,有这么一句话:robert shurtleff joined the continental army in 1782, was injured three times, and was discharged in 1783
也就是如果把这个拆卡来看was injured和was discharged是并列的,那么was discharged就是第二项。

37. Dressed as a man and using the name Robert Shurtleff, Deborah Sampson, the first woman to draw ...
D:
Dressed as a man and using the name Robert Shurtleff, Deborah Sampson, the first woman to draw a soldier’s pension, joined the Continental Army in 1782 at the age of 22, injured three times, and was discharged in 1783 because she was too ill to serve.
injured three times变成了补充说明的成分,产生了歧义:RS在 joined the Continental Army in 1782 at the age of 22的时候已经是njured three times的状态了。

(A) 22, was injured three times, and was discharged in 1783 because she had become
(B) 22, was injured three times, while being discharged in 1783 because she had become
(C) 22 and was injured three times, and discharged in 1783, being

然后看时间:B、while通常表示the same time as,做比较用 这这里的时间顺序矛盾了
PS. Having done的用法(我忘了是MHT还是OG里面看到的了)-->表示动作发生在主句动作之前
