面试完PSU with Ann，面经如下 [2014-02-25]

时间将近50分钟，真的很长，基本上问题之前面经都有提到过
1.Resume
2.why MBA? Why now?
3. long/short career goals
4.successful team experirences（我一开始说了个前一份工作的团队经验，然后Ann让我又补充了现在工作的团队经验）
5.leadership experiences.
6. how people describe you when they first see you?
7. what qualities do you have to help you to get your dream jobs?
8.contribution to community
9. how to deal with constructive criticism.
10.biggest challenge in MBA ?
11.what associations would you like to participate ?
12. what's your hobbies?
13.ethical dilemma?
14. what do you expect career center to do for you?
针对我个人的
1. 申请过程中有没有找过consultant
2. 为什么GMAT成绩跨度那么大（第1次 490 第2次590 第3次710 第4次 580 第5次 630 ）
虽然借助chasedream上前辈的面经，准备了不少时间，基本所有问题都有准备到，但是一面试就紧张说话不清，面试了4家了，都是这样。今年申请应该无望了，留面经祝后来同学好运。

其实我也不清楚为什么后2次成绩下降了，考完感觉其实不错。
