Oxford MFE无面offer. 到底是该先工作还是先读书？

今早爬起来本来准备收ox的面试通知，没想到已经有offer了。

我现在手头有一个香港boutique bank的ibd fulltime offer，但没进到BB IBD还是有些不甘心。麻烦CD上大神帮分析一下我这种情况想进大行ibd是应该先读书找个更高的平台还是进小银行先干着？

如果已经有summer intern还是选oxford好一些吧。mit那个项目做不了实习，基本没可能直接找到工作的样子。

项目质量的话我一直觉得mfin/mfe都水水的=..=
