c不对吧，是因为the extent of poor exchange rates keeping .....的意思：汇率的程度。我觉得意思明显不同。百度都百度不到这种结构。而正确的应该是B：poor汇率会把profits下降到什么程度。

是to which 这个宾语从句的Be动词啊。。。。

B选项，从句里面有are
C 选项，分词不能做谓语
至于为什么要用从句，我认为要看句意，（上面的IMO=in my opinoin 。- -）
