TPO题目:agree or disagree一周工作三天但每天工作更长时间比一周工作五天但每天工作更短时间好?
Have you found that you are living a more regular life at workdays than at weekends?Have you found that time goes faster when you enjoy it with others?Or have you unconsciously found that more and more people get occupational diseases? If so, you might deeply stand on my point that working for a shorter time five days a week is a relatively better idea.
To begin with, that a majority of employees get up later than usual in non-work days has supported the view that work makes people's life more regularly.Statistics have revealed that people with a regular life live longer on average than those with an erratic one. Therefore, it is obvious that work, which ensures us a regular life, gives a boost to our longevity.
Additionally, working five days a week leave us more social time with colleagues, which generally bolster our relationship with coworkers.Take me and my friend Max for example. We entered BOC corporation simultaneously, while I serve as an analyst working five days a week just the same as the stock market open days and he works in the loan department with a more flexible timetable. At the end of our first month, I have successfully tapped into the network, but he remains the same since he spends little time in the corp. Therefore, it is better for one to spend more time with colleagues to build up a vast network.
Finally, you may be surprised when you find more and more workaholics are diagnosed with occupational diseases such as Kai-Fu Lee, the former president of Google China who is diagnosed with lymphoma because of regular overwork.I would like to attribute much of this phenomenon to long working hours and little sleep hours. It's bad for our physical health if we compel ourselves too much.We should take sufficient rest for the sake of our body, but workaholics never care about this truth.
To sum up, if you are not a perfect manager of time, you might endanger yourselves by working longer hours in a day but fewer days a week.So why not be a little wise and allocate your working more reasonably?
