Hey Friend,academic stats wise you're looking at a somewhere in the Top 30.  Now this can IMPROVE significantly depending on what you have accomplished in the work place as a client manager.  Have you grown in rank very quickly?  Have you made a major impact at your job?  What about extracurricular activities? Are you actively involved in anything outside of the workplace where you have taken on a leadership role? Top business schools are all about seeking out the leaders of tomorrow so we want to show you have been actively trying to make a difference in every activity of yours TODAY.  If you are rocking it from a leadership standpoint I'd say seek a program in the Top 20.  From there if you can get your GMAT score up to a 740/750 and a TOEFL at 110, you can aim for the Top 10.
