比较句式的一个问题求解~~

请问这个句子的 are crab  补全的话会是什么样子，另外are的位置为嘛不是放在crab的后面，像下面这个句的谓语（were）就是在主语（contemporaries ）的后面，求解，谢谢！

我觉得第二个句子没倒装啊，Camille Saint-Saens was deeply interested in Oriental themes  , as many of his contemporaries were（ interested in Oriental themes）

在比较的时候从句部分倒装与否均可，这里倒装更好一点。

在你的第二个句子中不能无缘无故地倒装。
