Equipped with outstanding knowledge on a specific field, people undoubtedly lay a solid foundation for their future. Therefore, when it comes to the issue which factor have a much greater impact on people’s success, adaptation to varied environment or having expertise in one field, many people insist that specific knowledge is more essential. Nevertheless, I am firmly in favor of the idea that people who have a carving for success in study or job are supposed to give priority to adaption to their changing surrounding.

To the very basic first, as modern society keeps marching forward, people who make adaptations to their circumstances can update their knowledge quickly. Granted, having expertise enables us to have a good understanding of knowledge in one field. But this knowledge will become out-of-date if it is not revised according to the change. Consequently, people with old-fashioned skills seldom can compete with those who have novel knowledge. In sharp contrast, making adaptations to new development offer us cutting-edge skills, and thus gives us a competitive edge in future race. For example, through adaptations, students can obtain the current information system, thereby making them outstanding in their peers; businesspeople can acquire how to make new marketing strategy, which enables them to attract more consumers. Thus, making changes to our environment is really critical to us for succeeding in our academic work or career.

Beyond that, circumstance adapting is of importance to us for correctly applying our knowledge into practice, which is a tool by which we can make a key to the gate of success. It is widely accepted that making advantage of knowledge to deal with various issue it more essential than knowledge itself. Obviously, only through making adaptations to our environment could we employ our knowledge in a more effective and efficient way, which only having professional knowledge can never bring. This point may be a little abstract, let me quote a convincing example. Last year, my friend Frank obtained a doctor degree in marketing, then he got a position in a food company as a marketing manager. No one in his company can compete with him in the aspect of marketing knowledge. However, the marketing strategy he made had no appealing to consumers. The reason is that his strategy does not fulfill consumers’ constantly changed need. He ended up losing his job in this food company. This case illustrates that instead of having abundance intelligence in one field, making adaptation to circumstance which is changing plays a more positive role in our success.

To sum up, although having professional knowledge make us have a solid understanding of one specific field, yet its impact on one’s success is far weaker than that brought by obtaining adaptations to environment. Adaptations make sense not only because they can keep our knowledge up-to-date, but also because allow us to make use of our knowledge in a proper approach.

Have you ever enjoyed the wonderful scene(s) in a quiet village? Have you ever breathe the fresh air in a farm? If not, you will never know the cozy life of villagers and farmers. However, does it mean that people who setting(who set或者直接setting) in rural areas are more satisfied with their lives than those who inhabiting(同上) in urban area? I would say no, just the opposite, people living in cities can achieve the sense of satisfaction with more ease owing to advances in medical technology and in educational system.
(你真的很喜欢用诱敌深入的开头呀XD~)

To the very basic first, the cutting-edge medical technology makes it possible for city dwellers to maintain fitness, which is an indispensable part of a content life. Due to economic development, medical equipment and emergency services in cities are in higher quality than that(those) in villages, thus equipping city dwellers with an immediate access to keep healthy. In order to see this point clearly, let me quote an example. Last year, my sister, living in downtown(who's living in downtown area/who's living downtown), hurt her ankle by accident, (and/另起一句)the doctor treated her with advanced equipment. The doctor took photos(a MRI/X-ray) of the wound to exclude potential severe damages. After ensuring the safety of her bone, the doctor dealt with the injury in standards(standard) process. With a careful treatment, she recovered several days later. However, it is impossible for a village hospital to operate in this way due to the lack of technology and skills. Thus,
fitness will be better taken care of in cities, laying the solid foundation of pursuing happiness.【fitness(patients) will be better taken care of in cities, laying(which代前面整句 lays) the solid foundation of pursuing happiness.
/ fitness will be better taken care of( fully ensured) in cities, laying the solid foundation of pursuing happiness.

In addition to offering state-the-art medical care, city life also enhances citizen's opportunities to receive high-quality education, putting them in a favorable position in future life. It is widely accepted that the education resources distribute(are distributed) unevenly between cities and villages and that the quality of rural education far outweighs its counterpart. For instance, a student living in city has the chance to read a myriad of books in a comprehensive library, further his study in a well-know college, and turn to educational(professional) experts for help in trouble in academic work. In sharp contrast to all the advances in city, a chlid who live(s) in a farm has difficulty completing his education in high school, not to mention to specialize in one field in a university. According to a latest survey conducted by Boston University, the number of people who receive higher schooling is much larger in city than (that)in countryside. The researcher, in the survey, also points out that due to (the averagely higher)education background, the urban people are more like(ly) to feel satisfied with their life.

Admittedly, there is little doubt that the environment problems, such as air pollution,(and) noise, are more serious in city. This is because, in order to make a living, the majority of manufactures in city discharge numerous sewage into the river, chop off a myriad of forests, and consume a large amount of fossil fuel, which put a heavy strain on the nature. However, it is clear to me that, along with the rapidly(rapid) technology development, environmental degradation will be gradually settled down. Therefore, in the future, urban people are capable of appreciating the nature beauty(the beauty of nature) and enjoying their life.

All in all, although the city life has some minor drawbacks, yet(删去) it offer(s) much more merits. It is easier for city residents to obtain the sense of satisfaction not only because they are able to enjoy the up-to-date medical technology, but also because they have an easy access to high education.

As the world enters the era of information, we have (had) easy(easier) access to various media, such as books and movies. As is known to us, to some extent, people may be crazy about some books or movies that do not fit with their nature. Yet does it mean we have difficulty understanding others through books and movies? Perhaps not; person's career as well as character can be learnt about through the books and movies he/she(he or she请不要用简写) likes.

To the very basic first, it is easy to judge one person's career(只有结论缺少前提). In this increasing(increasingly) competitive society, employees are under huge pressure coming(derived) from work. In order to make a living, they have no choice but to keep their expertise up-to-date in avenue of reading books linked with their jobs. This point may be a little abstract, let me raise a convincing example. My close friend Frank, a marketing manager in an international company, is keen on reading Marketing books to accumulate professional knowledge, including how to make  commercial advertising, how to attract potential costumers, and how to build solid relationship with consumers. Apparently, the books he likes expose his career. Thus, we can make a judgement on people's job.

Also noteworthy is that books and movies can reflect human's character. It is widely accepted that human have the inclination to choose books and movies which are fit with their character(和首段的让步好像语义冲突,如果前面用fit with的话后面可以换成echo/resonate to). Hardly can we imagine that an open-minded boy would like to appreciate romance poetry and that an introversive girl would have a carving for war theme film. A recent survey conducted by Boston University indicates that the majority of people tend to choose books or movies which can reflect their character, therefore equipping us with a tool to analyze others' character.

To sum up, books and movies make it possible for us to have a good understanding of other people’s characteristics, including the job they do and their character
.(我也有不太会写结尾><不过理论上来说,这个对主体段的总结偏短,应适当加入升华)

很不错的赶脚啊!思路很清晰~优秀句式很多~~我向你学习~~

It is widely accepted that artists do not contribute directly to economic growth of our society (than scientists or educators 感觉加上一点对比会更有说服力). Based on this conception, some people hold the idea that governments should never afford artists any types(type) of financial support. However, these people fail to take into account the basic fact that artists exert profound impacts on the development of a country. Therefore, government should place economic emphasis on artists. Equipped with enough money from the authority, artists (can)not only can (删)relieve us from mental pressure but also can (删) set an excellent example for us.

To the very basic first, the products of artists, such as movies, novels, and musics, are capable of improve (improving) citizen's mental condition. This is because in modern society, we are all under huge pressure accumulated from our toils. More specific, in order to making a living, we have no choice but to work overtime especially in (an)economic recession. Consequently, many of us suffer from psychological diseases. Attending a live music concert or appreciating a comedy enable us to forget the work strain and get fresh in (get fresh 是指行为不检点,一般说 Don't get fresh! ) an efficient way, resulting in relieving our mental pressure. A recent survey conducted by Peking University indicates that the number of workers who suffer mental disease is on the rise. The researcher,in the survey, also points out that after listening to music for one hour, 78% of people get relaxed from their work.

Inaddition to helping us keep mental fitness, artists also set excellent examples for us through their products. For instance, a filmmaker can show us how a historical hero dedicates his whole life to save his nation in a movie; a writer can teach us how to distinguish between right and wrong through recording a hero's story(我觉得是不是从ordinary people‘s story更能说服什么是对的什么是错的); and a painter can reveal us how a scientist makes all his effort to create inventions to make contributions to society in his theme(own) gallery. It is essential for us to learn an invaluable lesson(invaluable lessons) from all these outstanding models, which can give us athe)competitive edge in the future race.

Nevertheless, there is little doubt that government cannot receive direct economic rewards from investing on artists. Take my close friend Frank for example, Frank is a filmmaker. Last year, he got a fund from local government. In order to make more vivid and assorted film pictures, he spent all this money on improving his facilities, and thus he produced a successful movie. In this process, however, government can hardly benefit a lot. Yet it is clear to me that the financial benefit may seem to be minor when compared with all those tremendous influences brought by artists. Thus, government should give economic priority to artists.

To sum up, even though, in perspective of the government, artist cannot bring financial rewards, it does not necessarily follow that government should never offer economic supports. Investing on artists makes sense not only because they can alleviate our mental pressure, but also because they teach us to learn from anoutstanding model.

At present society, education of young kids undoubtedly lays a solid foundation for a country’s prosperity. Hence, when it comes to the issue whether the authority should allocate its budget to children’s education rather than universities, some people argue that children’s schooling(should have) has the priority. However, these people fail to take into account the fact that the solid base does not equate with the prosperous development of a country. Equipped with enough money from governments, universities’ education can exert a more far-reaching impact in a country’s prosperous growth.

To the very basic first, the government’s budge enables universities to cultivate a myriad of experts (from students 将students和experts结合的紧密一点比较好 ) in a diversity of fields, which make it possible to develop a country. With plenty of money, a university can construct numerous education facilities, from library to laboratory, thus providing its students with an excellent academic environment. In such an environment, students have the opportunities to further their academic study and have expertise in specific fields , which is a tool by which the country can make the key to the gate of success. A recent study conducted by Peking University indicates that people with expert knowledge play an essential role in China’s development. The researcher, in the survey, also points out that after China’s authority invest more money on university’s education, the number of experts is on the rise.

In addition to boosting the quantity of experts, the government’s budget on university also enhances the technological development. Few can deny that technology’s growth play a key role in a country’s future. Through investing on universities, experts in various fields can make numerous novel inventions, which give a country a competitive edge(improve the competitive edge of the coutry 貌似competitive edge是指竞争能力,不是竞争优势,能力应该是加强而不是给予) in international competition. In order to see this point clearly, let me raise a convincing example. My close friend Frank is a computer science expert in New York University. With the financial assistance from the government, he has invented several novel software, which can bring various rewards to the government. Nevertheless, even government place economic emphasis on children’s education, yet it is impossible for very young children to make any inventions. Thus, a country can benefit a lot from investing on universities.

To sum up, to foster a diversity of experts and to develop technology in a rapid pace are the two reasons for my insisting that government should allocate more money to universities rather than very young kids.

其实我有点改不出来了,写的真的挺好的,语言变化也很多,逻辑连接的也很紧密,俺觉得楼主木有神马大问题啦~
