疑问：  it is  that  句型到底怎么才算对 怎么算错呢

manhattan上说少用it is that句型指的也是强调句啊

强调本身感觉没问题，就是罗嗦了点，
但会不会是这种原因：
(D) It is the expectation that heating-oil prices will be
higher for this year over last because refi ners
are paying about $5 a barrel more for crude oil
now than what they were
-> higher over
(E) It is expected that heating-oil prices will rise
higher this year than last year’s because refi ners
pay about $5 a barrel for crude oil more than

我认为不可以像你那样说，因为形式主语是由于主句过长，为了避免头重脚轻而用it指代主句，所以debilitating是指that之后的所有句子。反过来说第一题，重新理解一下，原句的意思是Heating-oil prices被expected，DE选项就变成是整个that从句被expected，到底是prices还是多付5美元被expected呢？

It is that 做强调句和形式主语的区别
A）做强调句，去掉it is that可以组成完整的句子
B）做形式主语，为了避免头重脚轻，主句放在that之后，所以that之后的是一个完整的句子，it指代that如：it is clear that
