大家给看看，这个选校的list

先简单介绍一下自己的背景，
GMAT：６９０ （各位大牛见笑了，全职考的，考了一次也不想再刷分了）
Ｔ：１１５
学历：本科英语专业，master (communications专业) 在美国念的（拿了个全奖）GPA没仔细算过，还行吧3.5？？？
目前工作经历：一直做Public Relations, 共5年：3年通用汽车 （习2个月后拿到offer） ---》到一年在一家跨国PR Agency（当时很想尝试一下乙方）---》1年多在豪华汽车品牌工作。
目标：想申请14fall MBA，concentrate在marketing
需求：好找工作，偏实践性的项目，（想留美，而且最怕教一堆理论和research)。最想去的地方是芝加哥，但是看来看去觉得Booth比较好(其他的没怎么听过？)

想把list减到8所学校，不想去加州（全是中国人，而且UCLA听说对分数要求很高），今天刚刚全面开始深入research学校，所以对学校不是太了解，诚请各位CD大牛们指点一下。先谢过了

Great stuff! Nice to see that you are realistic about your goals, and yet still ambitious! With your list, I think that if you apply to your two dream schools, the first four of the Tier two schools (you can leave out Fox, I think), and then choose ONE of your safe schools (based on fit or location, or industries it serves… keep in mind that the smaller schools tend to be MUCH more regional than the big famous schools… so choose a school that is located somewhere near where you would ACTUALLY like to live!).

I think with that list you should do pretty well. And for diversity, schools do publish class profiles with information about country of origin and gender at least, but I wouldn't worry too much… most of America is preeeetty diverse!

Hey there,
So I think you did quite a good job with your school list. I'd say that from the "Dream school" list, only Kellogg is a must to apply to.  And then you would want to apply to most of the schools on your Tier 2 list (I think you can leave out Tepper though, because it is very Data and Tech oriented, so I'm not sure that is for you either, based on what you told me). In your Tier 2 list though, I think that Darden and McCombs will both be tough schools (more between Dream and and competitive than competitive) so you may want to leave out one of those two, and of course DO apply to your safe school!

Hi Jon,
Thank you so much for your feedbacks! I revised my list and added more schools to just look into... You can see the list is a bit too long...I am going to cut it down to about 8 based on further research..Here is my revised list:

Oh, I love diversity...I don't want all my classmates to be predominantly/almost all white (no offence) But not many school has this information...I might have to ask current student/alums...

不是爱打击你啊，690第二梯队的大部分学校也不喜欢的 。UT和darden几乎个个是750，CMU不清楚。Rice几乎都是700以上的，少数港澳台胞可能690被录取。

不是憎恨英语。。。而是憎恨考试，尤其是G。。。

哇~~~~~~~G690也拿了全奖！！！！我瞬间又有信心了！你觉得是什么让你拿到全奖的呢？

好几个月没上CD发帖子，看到前面Joe版主和大牛们都给了你建议....再得瑟推荐一所学校，University of Wisconsin，Brand management和market research都是业内很不错的，学校MBA也是30名左右的，可以考虑，我也是G690，拿了全奖
