这个patterns为什么要补出来 我感觉是pattern里面 两者再进行比较啊。。。。。我感觉A也不靠谱

想问一下 选项E 楼楼会不会拍死我。。。  感觉这个歧义讲的好牵强啊。。。 两者平行不应该是 the patterns of stress that girl...  和 stress patterns of boys 嘛 怎么又会跟后边的平行？？？？？   谢谢谢谢
