【单纯不懂ving 作modifier的问题，其他选项怎么选怎么排除还是懂得的，求人解释帮忙下】

题目一：当主系表结构时，VING修饰S和O（实际上S和O是一个东西）。
题目二：earn和held显然不是同时发生的动作，所以VING做伴随状语是不可以的，那么就只能是VING做定语，向前修饰RECORD。但是修饰RECORD的话，VING的逻辑主语不合理。所以OG说他错。

noun+Ving，ving做定语修饰preceding noun；comma+Ving一般修饰前句动词或者整句话，逻辑主语是句子主语，不过也有例外，这种结构偶尔也会修饰preceding noun
