无理由使用are producing进行时态，
native speakers of english will recognize "are producing" at once as awkward。

cows 每年生产milk 用进行时很正常啊为什么会累赘？

我也对这道题很迷茫，感觉两个选项都没具体的语法错误，非要说，are doing确实没有一般现在时好，但keep sb provided一样很别扭呀。
