不是in that不如because吗？为什么这题选in that？ 如果选B，like不表示列举，表示像tooth和bone一样的组织可以不？？
2.————，从句————，分词————. 这样结构的句子最后一个分词是不是只能修饰从句里的就近的名词啊？这样的选项是不是会引起歧义，所以不选呢？

只能说 in that 和 because 不是一个绝对的排除标准。
在这里，所有because的句子都错了。

like解释成像，意思就大不相同了。
they are composed of  tissues like tooth and bone
这句话可以理解成，
they are composed of  tissues like tooth and bone are composed。


（另外，建议打出五个句子比较好对比。
你给的三个句子里面E还是错的。。。）
