正确答案选D我理解的句意是：这个公司召回它的产品，被迫接受一亿元的损失；它主要的竞争对手将会被迫宣布破产如过它（竞争对手）承受这样一个损失。
我想不明白 d选项汇总的最后一个it不是有指代its main competitor 和 the company的歧义么？？还有分号后面的代词是可以指代分号前面的内容的么？

这两个指代当然不一样了，你从句子逻辑意思上也能清楚的看出来。

很负责的告诉你，如果同一句话的两个部分主语不一样，那么它们的代词虽然形式一样指代肯定不一样。

很简单，举个例子，苹果有它自己的味道，而香蕉也有它自己的味道。 两个“它”形式相同，指代相同吗？
