Tuck的scholarship申请问题

各位申过tuck的朋友：我发现他们家申请奖学金需要披露财务情况，这是不是表明这个scholarship是need-based而非merit-based的？在网站上没有看到相应说明，请各位申请过的朋友指教。谢谢！

Need- and Merit-Based Scholarships

Tuck offers scholarships to U.S. and international students based on a combination of need and merit. Tuck scholarships range anywhere from $5,000 to full tuition. In assessing merit, Tuck considers a variety of factors, including exceptional academic performance, leadership, professional accomplishments, service, and ability to contribute to the diversity of the Tuck community. Scholarships are automatically renewed in the second year, provided that a satisfactory academic record is maintained throughout the first year at Tuck. Students will be notified of the donor of their award after matriculation.
