Do you have any advice on how to prepare for the group interview? -- by 会员 MinyiSu888 (2013/2/1 7:40:44)
Apology for the late response - didn't get the check this often enough.
From my own interpretation, the group interview aims to measure your leadership and communication skills. How you behave during the interview would be more important than what you actually say (that said, this doesn't mean that you can bullshit all the way, you still need to sound logical n make sense). How I'd suggest u prepare for the interview is, besides doing research on the interview question and form your own opinion, think about how you can put a framework around the discussion. Think about how to move the discussion forward to reach a consensus.
If you feel comfortable, lead the discussion. If not, be a constructive supporter to manage the flow of the discussion. Both roles will serve you right. And remember this, you are not there to win the argument / discussion, you are there to help each other to express their views and agree on something.
I hope this helps and good luck! Let us know how it goes. |
