1、citing加了comma，修飾study or presidential election有歧義
2、estimate後面加了句子，所以estimate後面應該加that
3、past perfect tense不對，perfect tense強調的是對後期的影響，但是這裡描述的僅僅是一個finding or fact，不需要強調影響的時候，用simple tense就可。
4、of-phrase修飾的是4 to 6m votes，應該緊跟在votes後面
