Sorry, I can't type chinese by this computer.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Coverletter. Where can i find some samples for the cover letter?

2. "convince a person or a group" (Essay 1) and "overcome a personal setback" (Essay 2)
    a. what is personal setback? Can I write a setback or failure in my professional career? (is it personal vs. group/team or personal vs. professional?)
    b. In some sense, Essay 1 and Essay 2 could be something similar (I mean the story)
            you have different opinions with the rest of the group and you have to convince them (Essay 1); when you are new in the group and your opinion is different from the rest of the group, your work is hindered by the differences. This  could be a setback (Essay 2).

I am thinking of this because I wanted to recycle some of my stories from other schools. (of course, I won't write the same story for these two essays from different perspectives)

Could someone please clarify? Any comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
