这两题中，SC7说用的是with（C)作介词的用法，不是独立主格，专门修饰前面紧挨的词eye；而SC90中说with（D、E)是独立主格，只能修饰前面整个句子，所以with的主语是measures，所以意思不同，D、E的with用法不对（当然falling，having fallen也是有问题的）。
with作介词，直接修饰紧挨的词；做独立主格，修饰前面整个句子。
请大牛帮助解释：
1）我的理解对不对？
2）为啥两题中with用法有区别？
3）为啥SC7中with不能理解成独立主格，所以C是错的？
4）为啥SC90中with不能理解成介词用法，所以D、E是对的（先不考虑其他错误点）？其实我感觉用with作介词用法修饰profit挺说的通的，然后profit作为with的主语，自然后面falling的主语就变成profit了，意思也对了。

with引导独立主格的形式：【with+n+adv/-ed/-ing/介词短语】——做状语，修饰主句，与主句之间存在逻辑关系

【with+n+that定语从句】不是独立主格，是作为同位语出现的，修饰前面紧邻的名词

我觉得，关键是区分with后面成分的形式，然后还要考虑与主句的逻辑关系
