The article’s mainpoint is that ethanol fuel is not a good replacement forgasoline. To illustrate this point, the author of the article gives threereasons. However, The professor holds a totally opposite point ofview. He objected those three supporting reasons given by the article one byone as below.


First, the article states that ethanol fuel would not help toreduce the amount of carbon dioxide, the mainly composition of global warming, for(for通常接名词,建议用because) it releases carbon dioxide into the atmospherewhen it is burned for fuel. The professor, however, said, to the contrary(前面已有however), that ethanol hasenvironmental advantage, since ethanol is made of plants. In the procedure ofplants growth, they can absorb the carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Theprocedure can counteract the greenhouse gas that ethanol fuel will release inthe process of burning.


Second, the professor also leads an opposite view that(+professor的论点,不是文章的哦!) the production of significantamounts of ethanol would dramatically will not reduce the amount of plantsavailable for uses other than fuel. The main raw material of ethanol is corn, but itonly takes the uneatable part of corn to be its material. So, it would notcause a substantial source of food for animals disappearing.


Third, the professor doesn’t think that the priceof ethanol fuel will never be competitive. It is sure that the government issupporting the ethanol producers in the way of tax subsidies, and it is maybesure that when the government stops to dodoing so may make the price of ethanol fuel higher thanthe price of gasoline.(可分段,句子过长会难以理解) But since the professor supposes that theethanol’s production will increase when the demand increases. The saying--don't judge a book by its cover--has been quite familiar tomost of us.  Although(上方使用的谚语,不适合接Although,建议用However,) a book with good content and profound meaning mayprovide more useful information to its reader, without an attractive cover, it is still less likely(或it is unlikely) to be found among great many ofbooks of the same category if without an attractive cover put on it. Like the cover of a book, the appearance of a person also plays animportant role in nowadays social life. The way people dress is not only a kindof self expression, but also a kind ofself identity as well. It is for sure that dressing is a good way for apersons to show their character and personality.To strengthen my view, I would like to give two reasons. 托福作文好像写五段会比较高分  

First of all, dress can be used by people to express themselves their selves.Sometimes, we can decipher a person’s occupation easily by the way they dress.A housewife seldom dress like a rock' n' roll singer at home with her children;a teacher or a lawyer may more inclines to be dressed professionally (in formal suit)instead of in acasual style(底线为对称关系) when they are in a classroom or in a court.Hair dresser, however(用on theother hand似乎较顺畅), always dressedquiet fashionable way to show their good taste and style. To Sum up, dress canshow many things about a person, such as character and personality. It also is also auseful way for us to express and identify ourselves. Dress is not an issue only about appearance, but it also areflection of a person’s inner world.
