我知道E句子是做the company的定语。
1、定语从句的that什么时候能省略？宾语的that能省略吗？
2、我们平常看到的句子是这样的，the company that would in the past have conceded to rivals has become increasingly willing to compete for the mass market sales.是因为移到句子后面，所以it 不能省略吗？
3、在这里in the past 修饰the company?用中文来说就是，以前的公司？如果是 it would have conceded to rivals in the past.意思有不一样吗？

同问，in the past 如果修饰动作是否应该放在动作之后？还是说放在动作之前和之后都是可以的？

in the past 房子啊rivals后确实有修饰歧义~ 一般状语偏向于往句子两头放，但是不绝对，放在动作前后都可以，原则是不要产生歧义就行~

感觉E选项是两个句子放在一起没有连接词，不知是不是省略了that

E中，in the past作为时间状语，修饰谓语动词have conceded to，而D中would have conceded to rivals in the past, in the past 修饰rivals歧义。
