求教一道逻辑阅读题，觉得答案有点问题

题目：

答案里说正确选项应该是A，我自己做了觉得应该是B，因为文中没有提到quality of air，希望大家帮忙看看，谢谢了！

我感觉B是可以推出来的:because quality of air is improved, the number of birds in London has improved既然鸟多了，说明空气好了
A不行，不能推断出大部分空气污染都是工业产生的
