Thank you for your email.

You would be welcome to apply to the programme on the basis of the current TOEFL scores and this would not count against your application, however as these are below our requirement we would be unable to accept them as satisfying the language condition. As such you should expect to have to retake an IELTS or TOEFL test further down the line, as if your application to the programme was successful then any offer would be conditional on meeting the language requirement in full prior to the start of the programme.
