I absolutely agree with that college or universities should offer students a better job preparation before they start working.we all know that school offer some cultivation for graduates about working is not benefit for students nut also for college itself and society.

in the contemporary era,more and more students are graduate from college or universities but they may not prepareing for working in the society cause when they were students ,they have not be in touch with this complicated society,they have just learned some theory on the text book,but we know these theory some times don not keeping close with real society.for example,a student who study a psychology in the compass,that does not mean she can useing these knowledge very well in working time .so if college or university want their students to doing work better and fuse in the society much faster,they should offer some job preparation like working ceremony,how to link the theory they have studied at school to the working practice.

Additionally,it will benefit for college or university themselves if they are willing to offer students a better job preparation.if a school's graduates can find ideal jobs,this will boost the school's reputation among its potential applicants ,and can thus attract better students.on the contrary,if a college or university is never care about the graduates' job reparation and induce them have some bad habits or lack of professional skills ,the graduates of course cannot doing work competently,it will ruin the school's reputation.

Last but not the list,society will also get some advantages from a better job preparation for graduates.because better preparation from college or university will help the students to make better transition from school to workplace,thus,provide more qualified workers with both needed skills and mental readiness can improve the productivity of the society.

in conclusion,universities or colleges offer students a better job preparation can create a lot of benefits for both themselves and whole society.this behavior should acquir reach and generous proceeds.

With the develop of the technology,the world change a lot.it seems that the life is totally different from that of 50 years ago.therefor,there is a universal and partial awareness that the advice from grandparents has no use for their grandchildren because the world changes a lot for last 50 years.however,i cannot agree with the arguments.

It is no doubt that the world changed greatly during the past 50 years which means that some advice from grandparents may be no use for their grandchildren.since both the material world and  spirit world today have too many difference from 50 years ago.for instance.for instance, your grandparents may ask their grandchildren to study hard and read more books instead of sitting in front of the computer ,because they believe only writing something down or holding a book on their hand means studying .however,what they do not understand is that their grandchildren are reading e-books and writing issues on the computer all day long.in addition,some old people would like to persuade their grandchildren to marry earlier.however,because of rapid life speed and ardent competition grandchildren need working hard to struggle for a brighter life before marry with someone.therefor,someone want to get marriage after 30 years old or even later.conversely,grandparents cannot understand our behavior like we always do not sleep before 12o'clock pm.hence,some advice from our grandparents may have no use for their grandchildren because life style change so much between 50 years.

But we cannot say that grandparents' all advices have no use for us just because lifestyle are changed so much.there still somethings are never change like sense of responsibility and courage.these are also the parents always say to their grandchildren.the world can be changed by people but some of the personality should never be changed by the world.this is a perpetual truth from past till now even in the future.therefor,if your grandparents advice you to be a person with courage and honesty.besides,grandparents' life experience can helping us solving some problems.

In conclusion,i cannot totally agree with the arguments the all the advice from our grandparents have no use for their grandchildren just because the world changed a lot during the past 50 years.virtually,it mostly depends on what the advice is.something may be change by the decades and the society.but something will be last for a long time and always true.

Nowadays,people emphasize the importance of education more than they have done before,so some hot topics like are people now easier to become educated are discussed by people.some people may say the numbers of population are much more than it in ancient world so each people will acquire less opportunity than in ancient world.but i do not favour it.as the world developing,the educated resources are increasing much than before ,thus,although population are growing,the resources of education are growing too.so i consider that people are now easier to become educated and i have some arguments to support the idea.

First,people nowadays are under overwhelming pressure from the increasing number of competitors resulting from the growth of population,they will be more motivated in the process of knowledge gaining.for example,my brother in high school has a test like SAT in America waiting for him.in oder to excel in the test,he has been working hard for more than two years.to preparing this test,he given up a lot of entertainments and relaxed time.thus,he gained so much knowledge that cannot imagine in ancient time.

Second,as the technology's development,we got the knowledge or being educated much easier than before.for example,we can using computers to obtain much more information than before which provides a us an opportunity of getting well-educated in a shorter time.for instance,people in the past had spend days in the libraries when they were trying to search for some information about the subjects they studied.but now ,every students in the universities or colleges has a laptop,so they can search the information on the Internet in everywhere and every time.

Third,as the knowledge people study today is more systematic compared i was in the past,for the people living in this society,the textbooks are much more understandable ,which means the leaners can save much time to study the new skills .

In conclusion,because of the stronger motivation of gaining knowledge,the easier access of acquiring knowledge and the more understandable way teaching knowledge,people in this modern society can learn much faster than the past.
