我按照自己的理解是……
1.acrust that is not seamless or stationary非常的wordy和非常的不idiomatic，必须换成neither...nor...

2.not..but...是idiom~~~这题就是neither...nor..., but ...有这方面总结的你可以去看看语法笔记。

3.Despite不接句子，Although可接，而且这里语气比较自然。

这里not...,but...是一个idiom

although后面要接完整句子，但若是带状语可以省略从句主语。

when，though，although等词，满足以下两个条件时，可以省略：
1·主从句主语一致
2·从句谓语动词是Be

A.despite是介词，不能跟完整句子
B.强调句结构有其它语法正确就不考虑，选优排除
C.D.but rather 固定搭配错
