其实一般来讲of 都会把原来的文章重心，即hypothesis的内容，改变为。。。的hypothesis，因此排除B

OG上关于B项的解释到底什么意思啊？

首先，原句意思用that从句表达好：GALL的假设，假设是的内容是“different mental functions are localized in different parts of the brain ”，被广泛接受。
然后，B项，that语法上确实有修饰hypothesis的可行性，因为of 介词短语 可以被跳跃的；然而，are和hypothesis不agreement。
因此我们假设是修饰functions的（事实上这里逻辑已经错误），这样一来，that从句修饰functions，完全没有任何体现hypothesis的内容的从句了。这违背了原句的意思~！
体会一下，我感觉B项的意思变成了：GALL的关于“functions that are localize in bla bla" 的假设，被广泛接受。
