B为什么错了？OG上说的是can hardly be said to be at fault does not grammatically comlete the subordinate clause，不太明白~求解释~

这题考得固定搭配，完整的结构应该是sb be at fault for doing sth.
选项B中That从句作主语，核心结构是That...be said to be at fault.
两个问题：1、缺少for doing sth。2、That从句作be at fault主语，不合逻辑，应该是sb be at fault.

可是如果这样改的话，再将这个句子改回从句做主语的句子时又变得有点奇怪，That educators have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology can hardly be said is their fault. 后面还是得改成一个从句 be said that it is their fault，这样的话又变成a选项了，我觉得还是因为这个谁的fault表达的不对所以才错误

主语可以是 that引导的这整句话么 这件事 can hardly be said to be at fault 语法上好像也对

fault应该指educators，词句表达不够precise本人表示认同
但语法上好像是可以说通。。

B 里面名词性从句(主语从句)，That作为连词(Conj)，所以这句话里谓语是can，但没有主语(只有名词性从句和连词)

我的理解是，B选项中结构为that clause can hardly said to be at fault.而题目的本身逻辑意义是educators at fault.

B作为主语从句，在形式上一点问题都没有。它错在：尽管形式统一了两个部分。但to be at fault  不能表达原从句中it is their fault 的意思，所以OG中会给出does not grammatically complete the subordinate clause这样的解释。

B的正常语序应该是加入it形式主语，就变成了it can hardly be said that educators have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology to be at fault.
这样的话，这个句子其实并不是一个完整句，to be at fault部分应该改为is their fault，填补进去谓语动词这个才是完整的句子
从CD上摘的，非原创。

个人认为，就是先把that的倒装句变成正装，正常语序下更好找主谓宾等句子结构，便于发现问题。

还想问一句题外：OG上很多这样的话：
not grammatically complete the sentence
和 not idiomatically complete the sentence.
这到底是表达 “句子完成了，但是没有按语法的or习惯的”
还是          “句子没有被按照语法or习惯的完成”
到底complete了没...
真心求NN教导这个弱弱的问题呀....
