这道题我明白选C，但是有个小语法点很困惑，prep解释说while表示转折，怎么会是转折呢？我觉得while为什么不可以理解成时间状语当。。。。时呢？谢谢各位哦

英文语法里While有同时...进行的意思。而GMAT里，While就表示转折。这是GMAT的考点。
这个考点还体现在，大概其它条件等同的情况下，although优于While，因为此时GMAT会说While还有同时的意思，不如Although来的意思“单纯”。

请LZ要纠正自己的英文语法，把它改成GMAT语法。
