4) unlikely case (in the future)        IF Hypothetical Subjunctive, THEN Conditional.
5) case that never happened (in the past)    IF Past Perfect, THEN Conditional Perfect

我想不通的是C最后的分句是reputation regains it status.   荣誉怎么能主动恢复地位呢。。。还有其他这种用法么。。。。不应该是regain the reputation么

其实你多看OG的解释，它标注 Parallelism; Verb form; Logical predication
这个就是OG想告诉你，它主要的考点。
至于思路就是OG解释的第一段话。

Parallelism这题的平行： 有考介词短语的平行+省略（你可以想想正确的句子省略了那些部分，为什么那些部分可以省略，为什么错误的句子换了一个谓语动词就不可以？）。
Logical predication： 逻辑指代，弄清楚题目到底比较的是哪两个部分，比较的两部分是否合理。
