are you sure your grade is 0-27, but 10-27 or something else .

because the grade is strange and never happen.

I am not so sure. But the bottom level should at least be 8, then up to 30. Maybe there's something wrong with the computer system. I've never heard of 0-27, you'd better check with your test center to see there was any tech-problem that day.
