一月前在mba.com网上定了些书， 可是却从US postal service收到这样的信，该怎么办？

收到这样的信说到他们没收到邮费所以不给寄，可是我用信用卡交钱时明明收了邮费，从US postal service收到的邮件内容如下：

如果在那边放时间久了还要多收钱，真急死了，该怎么办啊。。我现在该做点什么？

要吗就是mba.com 他们没有付好账，重量不对吗？ 比如说mba.com 打印了USPS shipping label 是1 lb 的，可是USPS 承重的时候是2 Lbs ，然后有个shipping 差价要付？一般来说是non-delivery due to insufficient shipping cost 是seller 的问题。

确定邮件不是SPAM ? 真确是USPS 的电邮地址？打电话问USPS 吧。或者email问你买书的公司呀。一般USPS Priority 都会有Tracking no. 的。
