顶楼上。。。不过SVO，doing结构，doing的逻辑主语和句子主语一致，LZ想让谁去stimulate了，，，。。。
还有C里面那个under provisions of 。。是不是有修饰歧义啊，让他去修饰sea area的话不就不符合原文意思了么。。。而且不简洁类。。
