Highlight elements of your career that have included the following: 1. Colleague and/or client management 2. Financial/budgetary responsibility 3. Project management/leadership 4. International Exposure
Answer them seperately like 4 different questions. 1. How you manage customer ( If you are BD or account manager), or how you manage colleague (If you lead a team, list out their responsibilities and how you set up team and individual targets for them), or how you manage colleague (If you are not leading a team, try to find project management topics, when you lead a project team), or how you manage colleague (If none of above you experienced, try to explain a situation when you influenced colleague and made something positive)
2. Financial budget. Sales yearly target of GP or Revenue, Purchasing yearly budget of expense, etc, team budget if you are a P&L Manager. Facts & Figures.
3. Project management/leadership. Your cross-functional alignment skill. Overview with facts and figures, and a case that indicates your leadership, preferrably in a cross-functional project team.
4. International exposure. a, international subordinates. b, overseas business trip. c, international supervisor. d, international company. e, international communication. These facts are prioritized in a descendent order, so you don't have to list out each of them. And try to avoid sensitive talks about country, people or culture. |
