应该是the rate in personal spending in the July-September quarter去double the rate in ……吧。 求高人指教

double的一种用法，不是单纯的=twice as....as，没必要前后比较的内容一致。翻译起来就是：使...翻番。然后OG上有一题好像把double变成twice,也是考这点：doule可以让很多属性（数量，值，大小）twice,那题强调数量，所以用twice as many as.具体哪到忘了。

下面是朗文上的解释，楼主好好体会。
