答案是E。我针对 D 选项看了OG的解释，说是D选项后边的and结构导致句子过分强调 many of the people in Laos
live in inaccessible places，李希强的语法解释说 and 结构改变了句子重心。我想问的是D选项还有没有别的错误？
如果没有那么为什么说and结构不行？判断一个句子重心的依据是什么？谢谢帮助！！

我不同意二楼的，OG明确说D的size of GB和E的that of GB都对。

相比较E没有that of吧，比较结构中最好补出that of或者be/do避免歧义

C选项在OG中的解释是awkward我想知道正确的话怎么修改比较好？而且them应该没有指代问题呀？OG中却说有指代不清的嫌疑？？
