这题别的地方没问题，就是想知道D 选项With 的逻辑主语是谁呢？  with结构逻辑主语怎么判断，只能根据语意吗，还是有什么标准？

With ..., S+V+O  
S+V+O，with ....

第一种情况下with有的时候是作为noun modifier来修饰subject, 有的时候是对整个S+V+O作补充说明（往往是独立主格结构）
第二种情况下，with一般就是对整个S+V+O作补充说明（往往是独立主格结构）

说得很抽象，不过你不用记。你自己总结一些OG/prep题型里面的类似结构就能体会了。你要深入体会句意逻辑，在这些正确句子里with都是make sense的。

但是，有些错误选项会用到with ...这样的结构，不make sense。比如说有一道题的
B) As with the case of traditional pharmacies, online drugstores rely on retail sales ....
你体会一下，这个with不make literal sense。
"online drugstores"（一个东东）怎么能够"with the case of ..."（with the case of 另一个东东）？
当一个东东with另一个对等的东东，这样的情况，例如"With you, I will go shopping." 没问题。但什么叫做 "I will go shopping with the case of you?" Non-sense!
当然，这道题正确选项是"As is the case with traditional pharmacies"，这是固定搭配。你也可以体会一下，这里的with就是make sense的。
