刚面完 CUHK MBA，聊了一个多小时！一个多小时啊~~ [2012-01-05]

一分钟前刚面完，Lawrence和他们MBA的Dean Mr. FERGUSON。因为聊的时间太长，过程又比较曲折，目前失忆中，能回忆多少就多少吧，各位见谅。

1、自我介绍和工作内容
2、Why MBA
3、如果没有MBA录取你，你会怎么做？
4、After MBA，你想去哪个公司？
5、去不了你想去的行业，你会考虑其他什么行业？（因为我想转行）
6、再给你一次机会，你会重新做什么事情？
7、工作中最大的一个难题是什么？
8、你跟哪里的老外一起工作过？认为最难跟哪里的人合作？
9、如果你是个project leader，你会怎么做保证项目可以按时完成？
10、十年后你想干啥？
11、你还面了谁家的项目？
11、你有什么问题。

顺序不是太对，另外还有些东西想不起来了，大家凑合吧......
快结束时ferguson叔叔说我的goal灰常unrealistic，然后还跟我分析了一下当前形势，并提出合理的career goal。（这段时间挺长）
心瞬间凉了，赶紧见风使舵顺着他的话说，于是又小讨论了一把......
总共历时一个多小时，这个时长算很长吗？
感觉好虚啊，觉得他们认为我不现实，但又给了一些他们认为合理的发展路线。我也表示可以见风使舵......
实在不知道是不是搞砸了，求前辈们给分析一下......

从销售的角度看，80%你可能已经搞定这单case了。面试时间长说明他们有很多话想和你交流，尤其是对你的职业规划提出建设性建议，更能说明，他们take you seriously

Mr. Lawrence and Prof. Michale are really very nice people.
their suggestions are very insightful and to the point.
I said two plans about my career goals.
Prof. Michale suggested that my plan A sounds a better choice, and listed some companies that already recuited quite some CUMBA graduates .
My questions are more or less similar, but I had the one asked about your creative thing. ps. cross culture experince very important.

My suggestion: Be yourself and be confident ! Don't speak too fast, think always before you speak.

他们跟我强调说不管是视频还是电话，他们都一致对待的，所以同学也别太担心，谈得还算愉快就好
