看第二遍og的时候突然想到这个问题：

B是正确选项，我重做的时候排除到只剩下BD两个选项，对于D选项是不是理解为把中间这个which指代的非限定性从句抽去，applying直接前面的主句？还是applying也可以修饰非限定性从句？

which =programs  后面应该+enable 不是enables.
