Hello there.  Happy to help!  Yes, the best weaknesses are ones that tie to your STRENGTHS.  So for example, if your leadership style is very creative, and big picture, then perhaps a logical weakness might be that you are not very detailed oriented.  If your strength is that you are very detail oriented, then a logical weakness might be that at times, you can  miss the bigger picture.  Do you understand?  This is the way that we can use our weaknesses to highlight our STRENGTHS, while still telling the truth.  The one thing you NEVER want to do, is to talk about a weakness that is actually not a weakness.  Do not lie, adcoms want people who are able to discuss their imperfections honestly…
