请问一下这里要选的两个特点不一定是表现领导力的吧？（我在题目里没看出来啊。。。可是有看一个解析说是概括申请者的领导风格）能简单解析一下么~~谢谢啦

个人觉得不需要些太多看法什么的

再吐一遍槽：看到他家essay我就不想写！坐了一天毫无进展！

要写吐了都！同学能问问你对我再问里提的问题的看法么？
"这个essay中选一个词后是要用特别详细的自己的故事来阐明（包括起因、经过、结果这种），还是稍稍简略点写，然后解释自己对这个词的看法呢？我今儿写出的一篇一个相关故事就写了两三百字。。。这是不是很累赘，到底应该是怎样的？"

话说，题目貌似是在说人家觉得这是领导必须有的才能，只是让你说一下你具备哪两个而已，没说写的时候必须跟领导能力挂钩呀。个人意见，仅供参考啊~

我本来也是这样理解的，后来又看到一个分析说要凸显自己的领导力和影响而不是仅仅谈自己怎样~~~所以很迷惑呢！求大家意见啊
