与

哪个是有歧义的呢？
也就是说sb's A and B和A and B for sb这两个是不是有歧义的

正确的应该是E。。。后面的for changes对应的是前面的argue for

C是正确的。

那么我的疑问在于，像98 percent of men and 75 percent of women born in the country这样的修饰不会有歧义么？
这样的修饰应该指的是：出生在这个国家的（98%的男人和75%的女人）
但是由于born紧邻women，会不会歧义为：98%的男人和出生于这个国家的75%的女人？
