说discover是瞬时动词，不能用完成时态。

这里的trim怎么可以用完成时态？？？

这两道题不同的说。umm。。
Q98，不能用完成时是因为时间标志词是in 1932，这就是一个过去的时间点，从而决定只能用一般过去时。
就是，你总有一些时态标志词告诉你该用什么时态：比如看见since，ever since就用完成时；看到previously，in the past, in XXX都用一般过去时。

而Q75，用现在完成时，是因为作者想要强调一下【trim的后果（或者说叫影响）是否会影响到tourists来公园】
也就是说：完成时可以用来表示这样的一种意思：一件在过去做完的事情，对现在产生的影响。

而Q75这道题，作者不是想说【把犀牛角trim掉是否会影响tourists来公园的热情】；作者是想说【把犀牛角trim掉这件事所引起的后果是否会影响到tourists】

但Bat，你的说法我同意啦，8过在实际操作中，尤其对于某个瞬时动词用完成时态表示其影响对其他的影响。是不是一个蛮难操作的东东啊～我等会再找些例子～
