有人说："unqualifying" means "not meeting some sort of standard for qualification".
"unqualified" means "without any sort of restriction or reservation".

又有人说unqualifying这个词不存在，求解。。。谢谢

进行时态是错误的

句子的意思是这个事情已经过去了，不过 it is somewhat relevant to the current topic（这么理解比较简单）

umm，句子没有其他的time indicator 来支持你使用进行时态（例如right now神马的）或者其他的context要你使用进行时来表示ongoing action

既然原句的时态没有逻辑错误 and make sense，you should stick to the original meaning

貌似我也没有查到UNQUALIFYING的解释...

这里用完成时还是进行时无所谓么？主要还是根据后面来判断？我刚一看这个题先是纠结时态纠结了好久，也没个结果。

谢谢热心解答，我在merriam-webster online上找不到unqualifying这个词。所以在想会不会这根本就是错的。

unqualifying是不合格，不达标的意思，unqualified是没受限的，无保留的意思，根据句意，排除A B，而D E中consistent的修饰对象由原句中的receive（也就是A选项）变成了support，逻辑意思发生改变（一般来说，GMAT语法中如果原句的逻辑意思没有问题则要保留），所以选C
