equal 修饰educational opportunity 这个整体.

是呀, "教育的" 没所谓平等不平等, 机会才有平等一说.  

BTW, 第二题, for what 肯定是8爽,  怎么该? for which,  还是不懂的说.

个人意见应该选B.应该是equally修饰educational

这道题应该把what改为which吧。我也不太确定。就是感觉for后面应该跟which.
