我的问题：
1.but后一定要接完整句子吗？但是查了一下发现but也可以做介词，也就说也可以接宾语名词，或是动名词结构？
2.D的解释说应该直接用prove是因为but只能跟从句，这样的结构是理解为省略了主语it的关系，然后Prove主动表被动吗？
但这样E中的解释就说不通了啊·如果prove主动表被动，那么正确选项E中的Proved又该怎么解释呢？应该理解为被动语态还是一般过去时呢？
3.我能否直接理解but这里为介词而非连词，其后不需接完整句子，然后proved过去分词表被动修饰句子主语the health care company?

同意一个。proving貌似打破了并列结构，但是给人以其和后面的giving并列的错觉，一般不注意看搞不好选了。

我的理解是，proved是一般过去时，和became并列。本来貌似应该是be proved to be，但是这种说法比较啰嗦，所以简单写成一个prove，也就是主动表被动。这时prove的用法就等同于一个系动词（也或者他本来就是个系动词），这样两个系动词的并列结构就非常工整了。
