语法分册 SC-100，请教大家，我觉得which可以跳跃的呀？？？

我在纠结DE选项：
D选项 marks是单数谓语，那么which就肯定跳跃修饰 an event了，
E选项 that mark 附属谓语，肯定修饰extinction了。 因此我就选不出来了。

而OG解释说，which是就近指代extinctions的,因此要用mark。OG 全然不考虑跳跃，但是在GMAT语法中跳跃情况确实是存在的呀。。。

我强调这一事件的重要性，就因为是that限制性定从；
如果是＂，which＂就是非限制性定从，表明某些extinctions marks the geologic era，是泛指某次，而非E中的特指。

非限定The book, which he lost yesterday, has been found.他掉的某本

不管你跳不跳跃（一般考虑就近指代，an event和extinctions意思是一回事，看是否跳跃根据主谓一致，先放着，实在没的选再选他），D中，which是一个非限定性定从；而E中the plant and animal extinctions that从the和that限定性定从都是强调这一次事件的重要性，标志着Cretaceous Period的到来，so E is the best choice

从事件的重要性角度来选出的？好玄妙的....

不管你跳不跳跃（一般考虑就近指代，an event和extinctions意思是一回事，看是否跳跃根据主谓一致，先放着，实在没的选再选他），D中，which是一个非限定性定从；而E中the plant and animal extinctions that从the和that限定性定从都是强调这一次事件的重要性，标志着Cretaceous Period的到来，so E is the best choice

我也觉得选E。 D选项按逻辑意思不能跳跃修饰event.因为应该是动植物的灭绝标志着Cretaceous Period的到来，而不是小行星的撞击标志着Cretaceous Period的到来。两个意思不完全一样。

是的，不完全一样，但是我觉得似乎都讲得通呀，不论是撞击还是灭绝都可作为一个标志吧？？
