这里的in attributing…的逻辑主语接下来的名词the perpetrators，但是意思上逻辑主语应该是attorneys想要改变逻辑主语就变成状语从句，就像这里if引导的条件状语从句，虽然被动结构省略了主语attorneys
像是这种opening modifier很容易考到逻辑主语的问题

我选B
首先我觉得attribute to和cause重复了，所以就排除了D,E。
然后对于什么过敏，我记得好像是allergy to sth。所以我排除了A
C里的behavior that is criminal or delinquent就是n+that is+adj的形式，应该为adj+n，所以wordy，所以也排除了。
不知道答案是啥。。。。。。
