这题答案选A可以理解，问题有两个：
1.D为什么不对？OG上说injured应该是was injured，但是这里injured不可以是过去分词修饰主语吗? 然后joined与and was discharged并列?
2.B是不是有run-on的错误？joined与was injured之间缺少连词且不是并列结构？
求NN指点~

另外平行性，三个动词并列，中间变成分词，究竟修饰什么很让人费解，一个句子不是说语法讲得通就是对的。

有道理，好像在OG里面也有看到过说中间项不知是归在后面还是前面造成awkward的说法~THX~
另外B选项有没有run-on的错误呢？我看OG里面貌似没有提到~~

哦~这么说我倒是也有留意到这一点，OG里面好像说过这样的叠加修饰是awkward的~THX~
run-on貌似是两个谓语动词没有连词也没有引导词也没有在并列项中但是却同时出现在一个句子里的现象，我觉得B项中DS joined..., was injuried...里面貌似是这样的，但是OG里面没有提到这个，所以特地来请教各位NN~

在一个句子中用两个独立的同样的分词修饰主语是awkward的，就比如
Dressed as a man, injured three times, XX is a ....这样的一句话中就出现了过去分词dressed和injured两个修饰XX，这种表达被认定是awkward的，不过我记不起来是在哪里看到的这句话了。
另外我一直不太清楚什么是run-on错误……

D中injured修饰主语就成了定语成分，之前主语已经被Dressed这个定语修饰过一次了，这里需要的是一个谓语来同joined和was discharged平行。
B中破坏了并列结构，while being discharged是incorrect idiom
LZ分析句子结构时不妨将所有定语和插入语去掉，即
Deborah Sampson joined the Continental Army in 1782 at the age of 22，
was injured three times,
and was discharged in 1783 because she had become too ill to serve.
很清晰了吧
