it的确没有……要不是你的版本有问题……“Being heavily committed to a course of action, especially one that has worked well in the past,  is likely to make an executive miss signs of incipient trouble or misinterpret them when they do appear.”是正确的表达……

嗯，C 是的it 离a course of action 太远了，但是E 就是因为it 是形式主语，所以让我觉得Being heavily committed to a course of action 没有受体啊。。。

可是选的是相对正确的额，虽然我也不是很认可E。it is likley应该直接去掉，直接加上an executive is more likely会更好。
但是眼下没有比E更好的答案了~

可是C有明显的指代不清的嫌疑哦，那个后面的it指代什么，很混乱是不是？
当然，E的表达不是很完美，但是代词指代都是正确的啊，it is likley中的it只是形式主语。
